The requirement covers individuals who are primarily responsible for the preparation of the substance of the report and/or whose names appear on the report.

Pre-requisites?
Yes - Series 7, UK Module Series 17, Canada Modules 37 or 38.

Exemptions?
Yes - CFA Level II.
